Digital Product Refund Policy

All Obsidian Vault products are digital downloads.

Because digital files are delivered immediately, we do not offer refunds for change of mind once a download has been made available or accessed.

Before completing your purchase, you agree to receive instant access to your digital product and acknowledge that you lose your 14-day cancellation right once the download is supplied.

This does not affect your statutory rights. If your file is faulty, inaccessible, not as described, or you receive the wrong product, please contact us at info@obsidianvault.uk and we will help resolve the issue.

No physical product is shipped.
